FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to a nanocomposite for fluorescent diagnosis of malignant tumors. Nanocomposite for fluorescent diagnosis of malignant tumors based lexan-polymeric matrix and ytterbium complexes dimethyl ester of protoporphyrin IX or tetramethyl ester hematoporphyrin IX, or coproporphyrin III, wherein ytterbium porphyrin complexes are placed in a polymer shell, based on lexan and structure of complexes is additionally introduced complexing trioctylphosphineoxide, and organic phase is introduced glycol nonionic detergent, n- (tert-octyl) phenol.
EFFECT: described nanocomposite has high intensity and luminescence lifetime, and is suitable for fluorescent diagnosis of malignant tumors in near IR region from 900 nm to 1,100 nm.
