FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of film-type epoxy binder for moulding polymer composite materials for use in aviation, machine, motor car and ship-building and other industries. The film-type epoxy binder includes a low-viscosity epoxy resin, a thermoplastic resin, an aromatic amine curing agent and a film property modifier. The low-viscosity epoxy resin contains diglycidyl ether of resorcinol; the thermoplastic resin used polyarylsulphone, polyarylate or mixtures thereof, the aromatic amine curing agent is a 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulphone curing agent and the film property modifier is epoxyimide resin.

EFFECT: improved strength properties.
