FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to exercise therapy, rehabilitation, and is intended for restoration of spinal physiological bends. That is ensured by complexes of therapeutic exercises involving spinal twisting exercises. 4 complexes of exercises is performed in a continuous mode from one complex to another from 4 initial positions: lying on a back, laying on a stomach, laying on the right and left sides. In each complex, exercises are performed successively from the bottom upwards starting from the feet, turning to the knees, hips, body and arms. Before each exercise, the patient takes a deep breath performing the exhalation exercise smoothly with the maximum possible amplitude. All the exercises are done 4 times, alternating with the right and left sides. After each complex in each of the initial positions, the patient makes circular motions in all joints. Complex of exercises is performed 2-3 times a week.

EFFECT: method provides recovery of physiological spinal bends both due to purely mechanical effects – twisting motions performed in a certain sequence from below upwards facilitate correct disposition of vertebras, and due to the fact that the invertebrate muscles are activated and their stabilizing function is restored.
