FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to rehabilitation. Since 14th day after surgery intervention, with basic standard medication including inhibitor of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE inhibitor), beta-blocker, hypo-lipid reducing drug, with physiotherapy on chest area and postoperative sutures, as well as graduated walking. Three-week course of bicycle training is additionally conducted. At that, each séance includes preparatory, main, and final stages. Training load in main period is equal to 50% of individual threshold power calculated at bicycle ergometry before start of training, at constant treadle rate 60 RPM. Training effect in main period is achieved with increasing exposure of training load. In preparatory and final stages patient treadles for 5 minutes without applying load. Bicycle trainings are conducted 5 to 6 times a week, in morning, not less than 2 hours after meals, during three weeks. Duration of main training stage is 5 minutes at first séance, with daily increases by 5 minutes, and brought up to 30 minutes. Arterial blood pressure and heart rate are monitored during bicycle trainings.
EFFECT: method enables more effective recovery of neurophysiologic status of patients after coronary bypass surgery in optimally short time, due to prescription of aerobic physical training.
