FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and concerns prevention of postoperative cognitive disorders in coronary artery bypass grafting. That is ensured by a daily therapeutic course of treadmill cardio training with a background of standard drug therapy, therapeutic and respiratory gymnastics and psychocorrection measures with calculation of treadmill rate taking into account maximum oxygen consumption during cardiopulmonary exercise test. Cardiovascular exercises are carried out in course of 3–5 days.
EFFECT: method provides effective prevention of postoperative cognitive dysfunction ensured by inclusion of individually selected physical activity in preoperational preparation complex.
