SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and system for calibration of friction coefficient for drilling operation. Method involves calibration of friction coefficient for drilling operation by means of image on display device, indicating expected load upon hook depending on depth for drilling operation, image on display device plurality of points on curve, each of which is measured load upon hook depending on depth for drilling operation, selection of first point on curve from plurality of points on curve, which corresponds to first depth at the same time selection is carried out in response to location of index cursor within given distance from first point on curve on display device, display of first value of friction coefficient correlating expected load upon hook depending on depth for specific depth with measured load upon hook depending on depth for first point on curve, at that value display is carried out in response to selection of first point on curve, selection of first value in response to location of index cursor within given distance from first value and then shift on display device, at least, section indicating expected load upon hook depending on depth based on first value of friction coefficient.
EFFECT: technical result is higher calibration accuracy of friction coefficient.
