FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of measurement and is used to determine aerodrome pavement friction coefficient. Technical result according to method is achieved by method of aerodrome pavement determining adhesion coefficient includes measurement of dynamic characteristics of facility wheels at its motion on airfield coating, additionally, dynamic characteristics of facility housing are determined by means of devices installation on object, and friction airstrip quality is determined by value of difference in values of speed of object body movement and object housing movement speed determined by object wheels RPM. At zero difference adhesion factor of aerodrome pavement is maximal, at speed difference threshold value achievement warning signal is generated and recording of signals proportional to speeds and differential signal is performed. Device for measurement of friction coefficient of airfield coating contains wheel RPM change measurement sensor 1, object housing speed by frequency of wheel rotation determination unit 2, object housing speed measuring unit 3, subtractor unit 4, threshold device 5, warning unit 6 and recording equipment 7, wherein output of wheel RPM change measurement sensor 1 via object housing speed by frequency of wheel rotation determination unit 2 is connected to first inputs of subtraction unit 4 and recording equipment unit 7 respectively, output of subtraction unit 4 through threshold device 5 is connected to input of warning unit 6 and third input of recording device 7.
EFFECT: method and device to determine adhesion coefficient directly during movement of aircraft on airfield.
