FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means or devices allowing to perform direct radiation treatment of food or edible objects for culinary treatment purposes envisaging exposure of food or edible objects to direct radiation energy. One proposes vessels or containers for food preparation which are optically transparent within narrow wavelength bands of infrared or visible radiation used in suitable devices intended for culinary treatment and heating with narrow-band radiation.
EFFECT: product preparation rate increase; additionally, the difference of temperatures on the surface and inside the meal being prepared is minimised.
