FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biology and can be used for contactless manipulation, concentration and sorting of bacterial cells of E.coli and/or diamagnetic microparticles in microfluid systems. For this purpose directed diffusion is created by the application of the effect of object displacement from a gradient of concentration of paramagnetic nanoparticles CoFe2O4.
EFFECT: invention provides contactless manipulation, concentration and sorting of viable bacteria of E/coli without flagella.
