METHOD FOR LIQUID PURIFICATION WITH APPLICATION OF MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C02F1/48 B01D43/00 B82B1/00 B82Y30/00

Abstract RU 2591248 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of magnetic nanoparticles for selective removal of biopreparations, molecules or ions from liquids. Chemical composition includes magnetic nanoparticles, surfaces of which are functionalised with amine and additionally with substance, selected from substances, reversely reacting and reversely binding with predetermined target in water-based liquid. Diameter of nanoparticles is in the range from 1 nm to 500 nm. Method for obtaining chemical composition includes interaction of magnetic nanoparticle with (3-aminoalkyl)-triethoxysilane. Method for removal of target from water-base liquid includes reaction of chemical composition with targets and formation of complex chemical composition-target. Water-based liquid, containing complexes chemical composition-target, is exposed to magnetic field in such a way that complexes are isolated in certain part of water-based liquid. Water-based liquid is divided into first part, which does not contain complexes chemical composition-target, and second part, which contains complexes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase liquid purification efficiency.
