FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to improve functional-metabolic status of sperm cells in vitro. Sperm cells recovered from healthy donor are washed with physiologic saline by double centrifugation for 10 minutes at 1,500 rpm. Sperm cell suspension is exposed to semiconductor laser radiation with wave length of 632 nm in alternating pulse generation mode. Pulse duration is 2 ns, frequency is 100 Hz, and power density of radiation is 0.56 J/cm2. Exposure time is 1 minute.
EFFECT: increased motor activity of sperm cells, enhancing their respiratory capacity, increased Farris index, increased content of citric acid and fructose in suspension of sperm cells.
