FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method includes thermal action on high-strength metal, set shape making, securing of a created wear-resistant element on the working element of equipment. A tubular hollow enclosure is created, for example, of a rectangular, elliptical, round or triangle cross-section. The enclosure cavity is completely filled with a mixture of flux and powder high-strength metal, and it is subjected to high temperature action. The mixture of sintered till the creation of a monolith body and creation of a diffusion zone with the width from 10 to 30% of the thickness of the tubular enclosure between the side surface of the alloy body and the internal side surface of the tubular enclosure. The produced wear-resistant element is secured to the working element of the equipment using gas or electric arc welding, a support surface is made in the form of a diffusion zone between the surface of the working element and the external part of the metal enclosure. By the abrasive medium action on the said element the metal enclosure beyond the zone created by the support surface is removed.
EFFECT: assurance of the possibility of any necessary shape making of the wear-resistant element and high quality of securing to any metal surface of the working element.
