FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for nondestructive inspection of articles from ferromagnetic materials. This invention consists in the fact that electromagnetic-acoustic transducer for monitoring objects made from ferromagnetic material contains a frame from nonmagnetic material, in which a magnetizing unit made up of spaced-apart arrays emitter and receiver, the receiver is placed on article pole permanent magnet or electromagnet magnetisation assembly, and emitter is placed on the holder, fixed in the housing, the spacing between in-phase conductors of the receiver is proportional to the length of excited waves While spacing between in-phase conductors of the radiator is proportional to double length of excited waves. In the second version the receiver is arranged between two facing article magnetic poles of different magnetic polarity magnetisation assembly.
EFFECT: high reliability of monitoring objects made from ferromagnetic materials.
