SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cryopreservation of biological objects. Device for loading, vitrification and warming up of mammal embryos group when using as hollow fibre carrier consists of piece of hollow fibre with diameter of 180-200 mcm and capillary with diameter of 1.00-1.50 mm, length of 7.00-10.00 cm, with cone-shaped tip, which outer diameter does not exceed inner diameter of fibres. At that, section of hollow fibre is attached directly to disposable capillary by putting on of hollow fibre section on cone-shaped tip. System for cryopreservation group oocytes and embryos mammals consists of device for loading, vitrification and warming up of embryos group and container. At that, said container represents cylindrical thin-wall tube with length of 12.50-13.50 cm with diameter not exceeding 3 diameters of cover made from plastic mass, closed on one side, to which it is placed.

EFFECT: use of system for cryopreservation group oocytes and embryos mammals increases their yield after warming up.
