Obtained immuno-stimulating oligodeoxynucleotides or containing them vectors and therapeutic agents can be used for preventing infectious disease in poultry.

EFFECT: present invention enables stimulating activation of NF-kB and IRF3 transcription factors, as well as enhance expression involved in inflammatory process cytokines that promotes formation of active immunity to various infections in poultry.
