FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic technique for abnormal sperm cell differentiation in male sterility. Method consists in quantitative determination of thiol groups in sperm cell nuclei. During colouring of 25-30 % of nuclei of living sperm cells by treating sperm sample with “MitoTrackerRed” reagent diagnosing presence of anomalies of sperm cells differentiation in male sterility is performed.
EFFECT: using declared method enables more effective diagnosis of anomalies of sperm cells differentiation.
