SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine tactics of treatment of infertility associated with the human papillomavirus. Transmission electron microscopy of the ejaculate is performed and its virological and the following qualitative characteristics are assessed: the presence of human papillomavirus in the ejaculate, adhesion of the human papillomavirus on the surface of the sperm, and the presence of pathospermia. If, according to transmission electron microscopy, human papillomavirus is detected in the ejaculate, adhesion of the human papillomavirus on the surface of the sperm and pathospermia, which is characterized by: the absence of the sperm acrosome in 20% and more of the sperm in the ejaculate, the presence of pathology of the post-acrosomal plate of the sperm acrosome in 55% and more of the sperm in the ejaculate, the presence of sperm chromatin pathology in 35% or more of the sperm in the ejaculate, the patient is provided with immunoactive, antiviral therapy. If, according to transmission electron microscopy, the human papillomavirus is not detected in the ejaculate and pathospermia is characterized by: the absence of sperm without an acrosome and defects of the acrosomal plate and the presence of sperm chromatin pathology in less than 10.5% of sperm in the ejaculate, the patient is provided with antioxidant therapy.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy and reliability of the choice of tactics of treatment of infertility associated with the human papillomavirus, which makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of therapy for patients with this nosology.
