SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma energy, stabilisation of voltage in high-voltage range and can be used in power circuits of ground objects and space nuclear power engineering, as well as in developing systems for environmental emergency protection and control at nuclear plants, nuclear power plants, submarines. Discharge is created directly between cathode and control electrode through a hole in main anode, on main anode negative potential is supplied, and adjustment of stabilised voltage in range from 10 to 100 V is performed by changing pressure of helium or negative potential at main anode.
EFFECT: technical result is production of stabilised voltage Ustab in range from 10 to 100 V.
