FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to produce stable emulsions and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Emulsions production unit, comprising loading and unloading devices, vertical housing with cover, a vertical shaft with a disc fitted on it, and a conical nozzle, on which inner surface ribs are installed, coaxially to the conical nozzle there is a reflector, and under housing there is emulsion collection tank equipped with pump and connected by pipeline with receiving chamber, on the cover are installed in circular rows with the possibility of vertical movement elastic elements contacting with their lower parts with the upper edge of the conical nozzle, wherein the length of the elastic elements in the rows increases from the inner row to the outer row, and ribs installed on inner surface of conical nozzle are made in form of flat plates of triangular shape, one side – bottom are connected to disc, and have on surface through and blind holes, arranged in staggered order, wherein diameter of blind holes is more than through holes, actuator of vertical movement of elastic elements is arranged on cover.
