SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of agents for detecting living cells, in particular for epithelial tumour cells; composition contains 0-5 % folic acid, 0-10 % folic acid composite, 0.01 - 5% methylene blue, 0.1-10 % carbohydrate reducing agent, 2-6 % acetic acid and 3-95 % water.
EFFECT: present invention also relates to a method of preparing a composition for detecting agents and kits containing composition of detection agents.
