FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: application for invention relates to production control of roads condition, used by vehicles (V), and concerns normalising and determination of quantitative values of coefficients of operating conditions categories (OCC) and maintenance frequency correction coefficients (MFC) and run till capital repair (CR) and labour intensity of current repair (CRR) by: analysis by k-runs coefficient of total resistance to motion of each j road Ψkj inside complex of roads with Dq-m coating (D1…D6); - taking into account percentage distribution of j (δs) inside complex of roads with Dq-m coating, determining average value of coefficient of each complex roads with Dq-m coating and boundary of their values - based on statistical data and relative length of sections of all j roads with i different slopes (qip) and their distribution (lip) over terrain area (P1-P5) beyond suburban zone of X region; -establishing average value of inclination as percentage of all j roads , corresponding to its maximum probability for all kinds of areas (P1-P5) separately, from which partial value of ΔΨip is calculated, defined slope roads; calculation of full-value coefficients taking into account road slopes-calculating average integral coefficient of each OCC through values of which are determined coefficients of correction of frequency and run to Raman scattering and labour intensity of MFC in each OCC with different level of vehicle loading.
EFFECT: providing reliable correction coefficients in each region of Russian Federation, reliability and durability at specified level.
