FIELD: road transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of road transport, namely to the field of technical operation of vehicles, planning the implementation of maintenance. The method of operational individual adjustment of the frequency of maintenance of a vehicle is based on multiplying the base uncorrected maintenance frequency by correction factors and includes the stages at which the current service hours and the current time of operation of the vehicle are determined, the current values of the correction factors are determined from the data obtained. The time-weighted average values of the correction factors are then calculated and the corrected maintenance frequency is calculated using these values. At the same time, the geographical coordinates of the vehicle and its height above sea level are continuously determined directly in the process of its movement, together with the current service hours and the current time of operation of the vehicle from the beginning of operation after the next maintenance, the current values of the correction factors are determined from the data obtained, consisting of the coefficient of operating conditions, a coefficient that takes account of climatic conditions, and a coefficient that takes account of the aggressiveness of the environment for the frequency of maintenance. After that, the current values of the counters of the action time of the preset values of the correcting coefficients accumulated to the current moment of the time intervals during which the correcting coefficients retained the preset values for the current service interval are determined, then the time-weighted average values of the correcting coefficients are calculated during the current of these values, the current adjusted maintenance frequency is individually for a specific vehicle.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of individual adjustment of the frequency of maintenance of the vehicle directly during operation, taking account of the operating conditions.
