SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and is intended to predict the risk of developing chronic true eczema (CTE) in unrelated Russian patients, a native of the Central Black Earth region of the Russian Federation. DNA is isolated from the peripheral venous blood. Analysis of the genetic markers of the filaggrin gene is carried out. Identification of the ACTGGAT haplotype of the polymorphic loci rs558269137, rs61816761, rs3126085 and rs12144049 of the FLG gene, where ACTG refers to the rs558269137 polymorphism, predicts a high risk of developing CTE in women.

EFFECT: invention ensures the receipt of criteria for assessing the risk of developing CTE in women born and living in the Central Black Earth Region of Russia, who have Russian nationality and are not relatives.
