FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology and diagnostic medicine. Disclosed is a method of isolating micro-RNA from biological fluids. Method involves treatment of biological fluid sample with equal volume of denaturation buffer solution containing 0.3÷1.35 M guanidine isothiocyanate, 1 % 2-mercaptoethanol, deposition of non-target biopolymers addition of equal volume of buffer solution containing 0.8 M sodium acetate, pH 4.0-6.0 and 0.5-2.5 % octanoic acid and centrifuging. To obtained supernatant is added equal volume of 96 % ethanol, washing sorbent from unbound biopolymers first buffer solution containing 0.5 M guanidine isothiocyanate, 10 mm tris-acetate pH 6.5, 50 % ethanol, 1 % 2-mercaptoethanol, then buffer solution containing 10 mM tris-HCl pH 7.5, 0.1 M NaCl, 75 % ethanol.
EFFECT: invention provides high output of micro-RNA.
