FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image generation devices by projection of image on projection surface. Result is achieved by projector including projection unit configured to project image on projection surface, projection control unit configured to instruct projection unit projecting corrective pattern including first pattern and second pattern, and correction control unit, configured to detect first pattern and second pattern included in projected correction pattern and correction of projected image distortions. Correction control unit detects second pattern projected on SC screen and detects position of first template based on position of detected second template.
EFFECT: technical result is correcting of projected image distortion.
