FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a feeding device with filling level sensor for a liquid additive. Feeding device (1) for liquid additive extraction from tank (2), which can be installed on tank (2) has filling level sensor (3) for measurement of liquid additive filling level in tank (2). Filling level sensor (3) is made for radiation of waves in into radiation area (4) of tank (2). Filling level can be measured by measuring propagation time of waves, which are reflected by surface (5) of liquid and again fall on filling level sensor (3). Feeding device (1) has at least first base surface (6), which at least partially extends into radiation area (4) and is located at first distance (7) from filling level sensor (3). At least one first base surface (6) is located on separate calibration component (10) which is mounted on the outer side (11) of housing (12) of feeding device.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is providing an efficient method for monitoring filling level of a liquid additive in a tank.
