FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for evaluating a risk of a pregnancy failure. Substance of the method consists in the fact that biomarkers for evaluating the risk of the pregnancy failure are the concentrations of hypoxanthine, xanthine, uric acid; that is ensured by diluting blood serum in distilled water with removing proteins masking the detection of the biomarkers for evaluating the risk of the pregnancy failure. The biomarkers for evaluating the risk of the pregnancy failure are separated in a deposited fraction by means of reverse-phase liquid chromatography with the use of a buffer solution containing an ion-paired agent; hypoxanthine, xanthine, uric acid signal is recorded in the ultraviolet spectrum. The concentrations are calculated. If the uric acid concentration is more than 600 mcmol/l, the risk of pre-eclampsia is stated, whereas a hypoxanthine/xanthine concentration ratio of more than 0.9 shows the risk of premature delivery.
EFFECT: using the declared method enables providing the more effective evaluation of the risk of the pregnancy failure.
