FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: preparation of standard solution of metabolism biomarkers of purines and pyrimidines is carried out. Then getting the samples of serum dilution with distilled water and then getting a fraction by centrifugation and filtration. Next to the received fraction buffer solution is added, which contains ion-pair reagent- tetrabutylammonium sulphate and a known quantity of a standard solution, chromatographic separation is held and calibration graphics are made. The concentration of the substances of metabolism of purines pyrimidines in analyzed samples calculate according to the calibration curve.
EFFECT: use of the method allows to accurately determine the purines and pyrimidines in blood serum.
