FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry and can be used as shutoff and control devices in pipelines of various purpose. Shutoff and control device includes housing with inlet and outlet channels, in latter there is saddle, interacting with controlled spindle by flat gate with through hole, closed by shutter. In gate groove there is damper on end surfaces of which is hole(s) interacting with gate lock(s) located in channels. Latter(s) by other end interact(s) with hole(s) made on guide(s) for gate on housing surface(s). Gate is connected with spindle and is equipped with through hole equal to through hole of gate. Latter is connected with spindle sliding in axial direction and on side of inlet channel of housing groove in gate for shutter is closed with plate with through hole aligned with gate through-hole. Wells are tapered, while ends of retainers either conical or spherical.
EFFECT: invention is intended for higher reliability of device.
