FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to valve engineering, and can be used in the chemical, oil and gas and other industries. The task is solved by the fact that the shutter assembly of the shut-off device contains a housing. Spring-loaded ring seats are installed in the flow channel of the housing, interacting with a spindle-controlled flat gate and a seat movement limiter located in the lower part of the housing. The seat movement limiter is made in the form of rods fixed and sealed in the bottom of the body, mated with the matching holes on the outer surface of the saddles. The lower end of the gate is made with a curved recess connecting the sharp edge of the largest sealing field in width with the flat end of the opposite sealing field.
EFFECT: technical objective of the invention is to create a design of the shutter assembly of the shut-off device, which increases the degree of reliability of the shutter of the shut-off device.
