FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phthisiology and can be applied for osteoplastic thoracoplasty from short-scar incision with tuberculosis. Performed paravertebral short-scar incision with length of 4 cm. Rear sections of I-V ribs are resected. At ends of I, II, III ribs holes are formed and threads are introduced through these holes. At distance of 4-5 cm from spine through the skin puncture clamp is introduced into VII intercostal space to grip one end of each thread. Through same puncture clamp is introduced in second intercostal space VI and second end of every thread is output. Ends of I, II, III ribs are pulled and fixed to VII rib making knots.
EFFECT: method enables reducing blood loss, providing termination of bacterioexcretion and necrogenic cavities closure.
