SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics, gynaecology and pathologic anatomy, and aims at diagnosing and prediction of developing chronic endometritis (CE). In females of reproductive age by immunohistochemical staining sections endometrial tissue at percentage of positively stained cells of endometrium in points, determining indicators of local natural immunity TLR2, TLR4, TLR9. Obtained immunohistochemical characteristic expression TLR2, TLR4, TLR9 together with morphological pattern of endometrium enables diagnosing or absence of CE, or presence of risk factors and predisposition to development of CE, or presence and progression of CE, or availability of CE observed, or availability of long-existing CE, for which is characterised by development of sclerotic changes vessels and fibrosis endometrial stroma various degree of manifestation.

EFFECT: invention provides effective diagnosis and prediction of developing inflammatory process in endometrium.
