FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for prediction of risk of infectious complications in patients with malignant lymphoproliferative diseases and receiving program chemotherapy. Peripheral venous blood cell DNA is recovered and before onset of cytopenic complications from program chemotherapy and manifestation of infections, analysis of distribution of T-1237C genotypes polymorphism of TLR9 gene is carried out. Detection of CC T-1237C homozygote for TLR9 shows high risk of infections is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing new criteria for prediction of developing infectious complications in early stages of polychemotherapy.
