FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical tests technique and can be used for quality control of wires insulation. Summary: sensor has housing accommodating working element from elastic conductive material. Housing is made in form of U-profile. Between parallel walls of U-profile dielectric base is fixed for placement of sensor, made in form of U-profile. Parallel walls of base are fixed by fasteners to parallel walls of sensor housing. Base of base is located perpendicular to housing base. Sensor further includes: two metal rockers, two springs, two sliding contacts, two outputs for connection of power supply, two guide bushings. Rockers are made in form of metal plates on one end of each of which are cylindrical axis for bearings rigidly fixed perpendicular to plate plane. At other end of each rocker plate there are holes for axis made perpendicular to plane of rockers, which are rigidly fixed on dielectric base for placement of sensor. Working element of sensor is made in form of two identical freely rotating rollers, spring pressed to each other forming surfaces in contact point lying on vertical axis of symmetry of said rollers. Working part of rollers is made of conductive rubber. At forming surfaces of rollers are made grooves located at contact rollers against each other and serve to lock and restriction of movement of wire in transverse direction. In central part of rollers bearings are planted on said cylindrical axles rigidly fixed on movable end of rockers. Fixed ends of rockers are put on axes mechanically secured on dielectric base for placement of sensor. Rollers are pressed against each other with their forming surfaces by means of compression springs, one end of which is attached to rocker, and their other end is secured to dielectric base for placement of sensor. Supply voltage to working surfaces of rollers is supplied via sliding contacts, made in form of elastic spring plates, one end of which is pressed to axes of rollers, other end is connected electrically and mechanically to end with dielectric basis leads for connection of power supply. In walls of housing there are guide bushings, which longitudinal axes of symmetry coincide with axis of wire.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of design and higher reliability.
