FIELD: electrical testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical testing equipment and can be used to control the quality of insulation of wires in the process of manufacturing windings of electrical products using them. What is new is that the winding wire insulation defect meter, which contains an electrode sensor, a counter for the number of input defects, a counter for the extent of input defects, a speed sensor, a speed pulse generator and a frequency multiplier, while the speed sensor is connected to the input of the speed pulse generator, the output of which is connected to the input of the frequency multiplier, additionally introduced are a source of stabilized current, a resistor, a pulse generator for input defects, a pulse generator for technological defects, a counter for the number of technological defects, the counter of the length of technological defects, the counter of the length of the controlled wire, a computer with a neural network and a router, while the output of the stabilized current source is connected to one end of the coil of the winding wire and to the input of the computer with a neural network, the output of the frequency multiplier is connected to the input of the counter of the length of the controlled wire, to the input of the counter of the extent of input defects, to the input of the computer with a neural network and to the input of the counter of the extent of technological defects, the output of the neural network is connected to the input of the router, the output of which is connected to the inputs of pulse generators of input defects and pulses of technological defects, the output of the pulse generator of input defects is connected to the inputs of counters for the number of input defects and the extent of input defects, the output of the pulse generator of technological defects is connected to the inputs of counters for the number and extent of technological defects, the output of the electrode sensor is connected to the input of a computer with a neural network. In comparison with the prototype, the claimed device makes it possible to register not only input defects and their extent, but defects and their extent introduced into the insulation of the winding wire by elements of winding equipment, which significantly increases the information content of control.

EFFECT: claimed meter provides selective control of input and technological defects, which could not be performed by a prototype device.
