SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is method of polymerase chain reaction sequencing, involving following steps: obtaining sample; amplification; mixing; fragmentation; sequencing and splicing. Present invention also relates to primer marks used in above method, as well as to method of genotyping, in particular, in analysis of HLA. Present invention also relates to PCR primers for HLA-A/B, HLA-C and HLA-DQB1.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase length of the PCR product, which can be sequenced by sequencer, without increasing price and/or reduction.
