SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preoperative examination of the pelvic organs in case of uterine and vaginal aplasia. In the preoperative period, MRI is performed on a tomograph with a magnetic field induction of 3T. 1 hour before the study furosemide is administered at a dosage of 20 mg., bolus, into the cubital vein. The study is carried out according to a protocol that includes pulse sequences: T2TSE in the axial, coronal and sagittal planes with TE = 90, TR = 4000, FA = 150, T1f13D vibe in the axial plane with TE = 1,56, TR = 4,26, FA = 10, 3DT2 space in the axial plane with TE = 125, TR = 2000, FA = 120, DWI in the axial plane with TE = 93, TR = 8900, T1SE in the coronal plane with TE = 9, TR = 580. On the basis of the obtained data a three-dimensional model of the pelvic organs is built.
EFFECT: optimization of the stage of preoperative planning due to the declared protocol.
