METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE PROGRESS OF PAPILLOMAVIRUS INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RECURRENT INFLUENZA ASSOCIATED CERVICITIS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2646785 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used in gynecological hospitals and outpatient settings of women's clinics and polyclinics to predict the progress of papillomavirus infection in patients with chronic recurrent HPV-associated cervicitis. Summary of invention: patient is determined genotypes of polymorphisms Ser249Pro in the gene TLR6 and Pro72Arg in the gene TP53 and when a patient identifies a Ser allele in the TLR6 gene and the homozygous genotype Pro/Pro or Arg/Arg in the TP53 gene, a low risk of progression of the PVI is predicted; if Pro/Pro mutation in TLR6 gene or the heterozygous Pro/Arg genotype in the TP53 gene is detected in the patient, the average risk of progression of the PVI is predicted; when patient is identified, Pro/Pro mutations in TLR6 gene and heterozygous Pro/Arg genotype in the TP53 gene predict a high risk of progression of the PVI.

EFFECT: invention allows to predict progress of PID in a patient with HPV-associated cervicitis with a high degree of reliability, which will allow choosing the right tactics of management.
