SUBSTANCE: method involves three determination of influenza virus antibody titre in blood serum on 2-4 day , 12-14 day and 22-24 day of disease and dynamics of change of antibody level in third serum in comparison with second serum in points, estimating dynamics of antibody titre in points. A discriminant equation is used to calculate a discriminant function: D=-2.200×A-2.191×B-107.394×C, where D is discriminant function with boundary value equal to - 19.98. At that, with D is equal to or exceeding limit value, absence of intrauterine infection in females with influenza in the second trimester of pregnancy associated with anemic syndrome is diagnosed, and if D is less than limit value intrauterine foetus infection is predicted in females with influenza in second trimester of pregnancy associated with anemic syndrome. Probability of correct prediction is 87.5 %.
EFFECT: invention can be used for prediction of intrauterine infection in females with influenza in second trimester of pregnancy associated with anemic syndrome.
