SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Angiosome blood supply control system for treatment of peripheral arterial disease comprising a compression device having a size and shape suitable for placement on patient's limb, comprising: a pressure-resistant soft container adapted to a suitable compression force to patient's limb application when there is pressure in said soft container for overlapping blood flow in capillary bed of skin located close to said at least one pressure-resistant soft container and arranged at a distance from each other by first and second sensors of blood supply, which are disposed in contact with said pressure-resistant soft tank and each of which is to determine a parameter of skin perfusion capillary channels located close to sensor of blood supply, enabling quantitative evaluation of skin perfusion capillary bed and generation of a signal indicative of parameter of blood supply. Each of first and second perfusion sensor is adapted to generate a unique identification signal for identifying a position on compression device corresponding sensor.

EFFECT: invention provides diagnosis of peripheral vessels including identification of clogged arteries.
