SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for therapy of anal incontinence. Method includes electrical investigation with threshold pulses of excitability current of muscular coat of internal and external anal sphincter. At 1st degree of anal incontinence electric stimulation is performed on 10-day procedure. Electric stimulation is carried out in 10 sessions of internal anal sphincter with amplitude of pulses from 60 mA in first 1-2 sessions to 80 mA in following sessions, duration of one stimulation is 4 s, then 4 s pause for 20 minutes. Stimulation is performed daily with 1 session a day. That is followed by 10 electro-stimulation sessions on external anal sphincter. Amplitude of pulses from 40 mA in first 1-2 sessions to 60 mA in following sessions with duration of one stimulation of 3 s, with subsequent 3 s pause for 20 minutes. Stimulation is performed daily with 1 session a day. At 2nd degree of anal incontinence electric stimulation is performed on 15-day procedure. Method includes 15 sessions of electrical stimulation of internal anal sphincter with amplitude of pulses from 60 mA in first 1-2 sessions to 80 mA in following sessions with duration of one stimulation of 4 s, then 4 s pause for 20 minutes. Stimulation is performed daily with 1 session a day. That is followed by 15 electro-stimulation sessions of external anal sphincter with amplitude of pulses from 40 mA in first 1-2 sessions to 60 mA in following sessions with duration of one stimulation 3 s, then 3 s pause for 20 minutes. Stimulation is performed daily with 1 session a day. At 3rd degree of anal incontinence electric stimulation is carried out on 20-day procedure. Method includes performing 20 sessions electrical stimulation of internal anal sphincter with amplitude of pulses from 60 mA in first 1-2 sessions to 80 mA in following sessions with duration of one stimulation 4 s, then 4 s pause for 20 minutes. Stimulation is performed daily with 1 session a day. Method includes performing 20 sessions electro-stimulation of external anal sphincter with amplitude of pulses from 40 mA in first 1-2 sessions to 60 mA in following sessions with duration of one stimulation 3 s, then 3 s pause for 20 minutes. Stimulation is performed daily with 1 session a day.

EFFECT: higher efficiency due to intensified blood flow to shrinking muscles and improving venous outflow, that is accompanied by local reinforcement of metabolic and plastic processes, as well as increase of functional activity of nervous system.
