SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for submerged cultivation of actinomycetes of Streptomyces type, which are producer of anti-tumour antibiotic daunorubicin. Culture base for producing culture medium contains starch, soya flour, (NH4)2C4H4O6, (NH4)2SO4, CaCO3, K2HPO4, glucose, perfluorodecalin and sorbitan monostearate at specified component ratio.

EFFECT: invention increases output of biomass of actinomycetes of Streptomyces genus and higher yield of daunorubicin.
