FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dairy industry, in particular to production of dairy products based on previously produced dry polycomponent substance. First, method includes preparing a milk-composite polycomponent mixture containing milk or whole milk, dihydroquercetin, fructose, lactulose, vanillin or chicory and drying is carried out. Obtained mixture is dissolved with specially treated pure water with total hardness of not more than 2 mg-eq/m3. Water temperature is 10-55°C. Mixture is then cooled to 6°C, followed by adding a specially prepared component containing micro-particulated whey protein, pollen and lyophilised bee royal jelly. Homogenisation, sterilisation, cooling and packaging is then carried out.
EFFECT: obtained product has high nutritive value, high organoleptic and biological properties, has a favourable effect on human body, has useful preventive action.
