FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing preparation of living strains of microorganisms lacto- and Bifidobacteria provides cultivation on defatted milk, addition of mixture of strains to sorbing component, holding said complex system for immobilisation on sorbent, packing of preparation. At that, after adding mixture of strains to sorbing component laying and sublimation drying of created complex system are carried out. Sorbing component is represented by mixture of pectin, gelatine and carrageenan in ratio 2:1:1, dissolved in 0.9 % sodium chloride solution.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture product with high activity of immobilised lacto- and Bifidobacteria cells with long shelf life.
