SUBSTANCE: cultured milk product contains goat milk, sour-milk ferment DVS "KEFIR-S", iodine-containing biologically active additive, maltodextrin and biologically active component obtained by immobilising by layering method, involving association of the starter cultures Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Streptococcus thermophilus solution of finished biopolymer – gelatin : chitosan, taken in ratio of 1:2, followed by layering. Components are used as initial components and in claimed ratios.
EFFECT: fermented milk product has high probiotic and organoleptic properties and high food value.
