FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video processing alumosilicic material to produce alumosilicic flocculant-coagulant to obtain dry product. Processing of nepheline concentrate ((Na,K)2O·Al2O3·2SiO2) with aqueous solution of sulphuric acid, wherein 7-11 % sulphuric acid is taken and mixing for 30-40 minutes. That is followed by dehydration in screw reactor when introduced into prepared solution of aluminium hydroxide with simultaneous mixing and then final strengthening of suspension with concentrated sulphuric acid to achieve density suspension of 1.3-1.4 g/cm3 and spontaneous crystallisation of product.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain solid alumosilicic flocculant-coagulant with high content of active component of up to 16 % by Al2O3.
