FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device intended for cleaning various air and gas non-toxic media. Dynamic filter includes the frame support with capacitive casing inside lower part of the frame support is rigidly fixed receiver on at least one rib of the frame support, which forms the annular space of the inlet gas-dust flow between receiver and body frame support. Receiver has a pulsed valve secured under the cover, which contains hollow seat with bearing at hollow shaft of the manifold pipe, which contains at least one hole. On the manifold pipe fitted in series at least one hollow disc cartridge and a baffling mesh installed under the upper bearing cover, along the axis of holes of which there is an air Vortex gland, valve manifold, containing at least one spring-loaded valve plate and an axial hole, which includes a key connection with upper axis of the manifold pipe, electric motor shaft. Method involves the following stages: supply untreated particles in gas-air stream in dynamic filter on at least one disc cartridge manifold pipe, revolving with linear rate exceeding linear speed of solid particles at least twice.
EFFECT: longer life of the filter and degree of purification of gas dust flow from dust particles.
