SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power engineering, specifically to global automated systems which enable to control operation of different power facilities of substation level, which are part of power system and are located at considerable distance from each other and from power system operator. System comprises multiple different controlled power engineering facilities of substation level, which are part of power system, wherein each substation can have a different set of devices which can potentially be sources of emergency oscillographic information.

EFFECT: providing automated centralised processing of information on emergency processes, detected on all monitored power engineering facilities, which are part of power system, on top hierarchical level of power system.
