FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping equipment. Centrifugal pump comprises a straightening device (SD) installed between the screw and impeller. SD is made with a profiled body, sleeve (S) and located between the S and the inner surface of the body with nine blades (B). SD body is made in the form of a confuser with an inlet groove and an outlet flange for connection, respectively, with a suction pipe and pump body. Inner surface of SD body is formed from the entrance side by a cylindrical surface, smoothly conjugated to a conical surface, and tapered along the flow surface, smoothly conjugated to the output smoothly expanding along the flow surface. In the longitudinal section, the S outer surface is formed by the input cylindrical surface, smoothly conjugated to a conical surface tapered to the exit from the SD, conjugated to a smoothly tapering concave surface. Inner surface of the SD body is formed from the entrance side by a cylindrical surface, smoothly conjugated to a surface that is conically tapered to the exit from the straightening device, smoothly coupled to the output cylindrical surface. S length is less than SD body length. Blades along the SD axis are smoothly curved from the side of their concave and convex parts along the arc of the circle along the flow of the medium with the direction of the flow at the inlet at an acute angle, and at the exit – at an acute angle to the SD cross section. Input and output edges of the blades in the longitudinal section of the blade are formed by an arc of a circle. At the inlet, each blade gradually increases its thickness in the direction towards the middle part, and at the output segment it gradually tapers towards the output edge. S input section coincides with the outlet section of the groove. Inlet edge of the blades lies in the plane of the exit section of the groove, located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the SD, and the outlet one is inclined to the vertical in the longitudinal section of the SD inside the SD at an acute angle in the direction from the output section of the SD to the outlet section of the S outer surface. In the cross section, the leading edges of the blades are located at an acute angle to the radius of the body of the SD. Longitudinal stiffeners are provided on the outer surface of SD body. SD is made in the form of a single part.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to more effectively convert the kinetic energy of a swirling flow of a pumped fluid into increase in the pressure of the flow of the pumped liquid medium and simultaneously increase the anticavitation properties of a centrifugal pump.
