FIELD: pump engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering. Guide device of a centrifugal multistage pump contains a disk with guide blades (GB) on one side of the disk and back blades (BB) on the other side of the disk. Each GB is conjugated according to the outer diameter of the disk with the BB with the formation on each side of the disk of guide and reverse channels interconnected. Entrance edges GB are located along the circumference (C) with the formation of the input sections of the guide channels, covering with a gap output sections of the channels formed by the blades of the impeller of the pump. Entrance section of the GB is made at an acute angle to the tangent C, along which the entrance edges of the GB are located. In cross-section, the entrance edge of each GB is formed by an arc of C connected with arcs of C forming the inlet portions of the concave and convex sides of the GB. Middle and output portions of the concave and convex sides of the GB are also formed by arcs of C. Radius of the arcs of C, forming the inlet and middle portions of the convex side, is smaller than the radius of the arcs of C, forming the input and middle portions of the concave side. Radius of the arc of C, which forms the output section of the convex side, exceeds the radius of the arc of C, which forms the output section of the concave side. Output edges of the BB are located along C with the formation of output sections of the return channels. Output section of the BB is made along the radius of C formed by the output sections of the return channels. In the cross section, the output edge of each BB is formed by an arc of C, conjugated with straight lines forming the output portions of the concave and convex sides of the BB. Middle and entrance sections of the concave and convex sides of the BB are formed by arcs of C. Radius of the arc of C, forming the middle portion of the convex side of the BB, greater than the radius of the arcs of C, forming the middle portion of the concave side of the BB. Radius of the arc of C, which forms the entrance section of the convex side of the BB, is smaller than the radius of the arc of C, which forms the input section of the concave side of the BB. Guide device is designed as a single part with eight GB and BB equally spaced around the circumference. Radii passing through the entrance and output edges of each GB form an angle.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the hydraulic resistance in the flow part of the guide device.
